Overview

The Sewer Collection Division strives to protect the health of the citizens of Temple by reducing sanitary sewer overflows and proper cleaning up of sewage spills. Sewer stoppage has top priority, followed by continued replacement and upgrade of the 410 miles of sewer mains in the system. Replacement programs are completed by both in-house construction crews and contract services contractors.
