Goals and Objectives
· Complete final phase for downtown development in conjunction with new police station
· Continue coordination with TxDOT in implementation of South Loop 363 improvements
· Enhance Code Enforcement operations through a cross department approach to impacting city appearance
Significant Long-Term Budget Issues
· Sustain local economy–sales and property tax values, while identifying new sources of revenue
· Examine alternatives for outsourced services
· Allow city revenues to catch up with desired city service/expense levels
· Investment of city's limited capital dollars where best return on investment can occur
