Emergency Services Consulting inc. (ESCi) was contracted by the City of Temple to complete an in-depth study of the services provided by Temple Fire & Rescue. This study is to be used to create a twenty-year comprehensive plan for the Fire and EMS services.

On October 18, 2007 the ESCi group presented their findings in the form of a final report to Council during a scheduled work session.
